Five Element Qi Gong

Sit quietly. Close your eyes. Imagine that overhead is a puffy white cloud. As you inhale, the cloud enters the top of your head and goes down to the area of your heart. It turns into a beautiful red color that surrounds your heart Then it moves, going down to your left side where it becomes a yellow color, yellow with a bit of brown that surrounds your stomach and spleen. A fertile-looking yellowish-brown color. Then it moves again, up to your lungs. See your lungs as pure white, a blindingly white light. Then it moves once more, down to your kidneys. See your kidneys as dark blue, almost black. An expensive-looking dark blue color. And now it moves to your liver underneath your right ribs. See your liver as a beautiful green color, the color of spring. Finally it moves back to the center and then rises to exit through the top of your head. And overhead is a puffy white cloud.
