Again I question - are lessons learned so quickly forgotten?
Too quick to trust, do I remain the optimistic fool?

Hoping only to fill a passionless void,
Life leaves me uncertain of my ultimate destiny.

Ever seeking to discover a future rich with emotional reward,
Each step to a higher plateau results only in a harder fall.
Not ready to give up on the dream, I have but one choice...
